I do this Moving my stop loss as the market move so I don't miss out of the uptrend neither would I dip with the market.how? I study the 12hr chat to see price change and market open and close prices from there I can get the average priced change. if it's more than 7 percent I just use my fixed stop loss price if it goes down below that I take profit and I buy back below the price implementing cost averaging. $dot is a beast has been since laugh date and I am glad to see link leading this altseason rally I hope eth join and smash the ATH it's not supposed to get outworked by this high schooler lol😂 although its been up %60 this year already we want the ATH to give it full credits.BULLISH...
I struggle with my profit taking strategy without losing a long position. I hope to learn how to scalp and short in the near future. 5-7% ROI is not a complaint when I figure our the pattern and market response, which I have done several times now that I am getting a little better understanding of the charts. Making that 30, 40, 50% is a target. Still not going near leverage until I have more experience.
Sold 25% off my $LINK near top ($22.33), and then watched it for a few hours and rebought at ~$21.60. Does it count as taking profit if I use it to reaccumulate more $LINK? Seriously considered moving 25% to $ETH since it was down, but have not yet. I did sell half my $DOT yesterday which I almost immediately regretted (and still do).
This is a really interesting thread for me. I got into crypto as an ETH miner back in 2016, traded wildly back then with no plan, rode the huge IOTA explosion but somehow got lucky and ended up with a decent stack of ETH. But as I didn't get out I essentially became a bag holder since 2017 which is pretty stressful. Im watching your training to try set myself up better in this market but essentially as a non trader I find the concept of the strategy is simple to follow. I want to try pick some safe stop losses and implement a trailing stop - but how to calculate at what level to set these I find insanely difficult with the volatility.
Waiting for a 4h/1D candle close above $21 on LINK before entering
Honestly I have no idea on taking Profits in long term positions. I had bought dot at 3-4$ and DCA and link also near 9$ and above.
Hope both coins reach 50$😏.
Being conservative here.

Unlimited potential, who knows what price we’ll get to end of 2021
